TruMark Financial Credit Union, a leading financial institution in Southeastern Pennsylvania, has welcomed three highly accomplished leaders to their leadership team. Dana Brown has been named as Chief Retail Banking Officer, Dana Rose as Director of Retail Administration, Vice President, and Mark Barrett as Director of Financial Management, Vice President. These leaders have joined the credit union with a collective commitment to advancing TruMark Financial’s fundamental mission of fostering the financial well-being of their members.
Dana Brown is a dynamic leader with over 35 years of banking experience. As TruMark Financial’s Chief Retail Banking Officer, Brown will oversee the branch network, Member Services Center, and Wealth Advisors team. Brown will play a pivotal role in shaping the credit union’s retail strategies, ensuring that TruMark Financial’s services seamlessly align with the needs of the communities they serve. Brown’s commitment extends beyond standard banking practices, focusing on fostering stronger relationships with TruMark Financial’s valued members, and exceeding their service expectations. Brown is active in the community serving of the Boards of the AIDS Fund (Treasurer), Settlement Music School, Clarifi, and the Investment Committee at St. James School. Prior to joining the TruMark Financial team, Brown served as President of Consumer Services at Univest Bank and Trust Co.
Dana Rose brings over 20 years of experience in retail banking. As Vice President, Director of Retail Administration, Rose will represent Retail Banking, closely working with Risk Management, Compliance, and Marketing to develop and execute strategies to support their members and frontline teams, driving operational excellence across the credit union’s Retail Network. Most recently Rose served as Director of Consumer Communication and Operations at Univest Bank and Trust Co.
Mark Barrett, Director of Finance, Vice President, recently served as Vice President, Finance at TD Bank for 15 years, where he headed a financial planning team and oversaw a substantial $5 billion revenue stream. His leadership played an essential role in critical areas such as financial close, forecasting, and strategic coordination. His multifaceted responsibilities included the evaluation of business cases, strategic prioritization of investments, and active support for Investor Relations.
